Greg is also committed to future-ready development, including Smart City and Smart Building initiatives that leverage technology to improve energy usage, innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and community well-being. He is advancing a technology equity fund to support minority-led tech mergers and acquisitions—helping diverse founders scale, compete, and build ownership within the technology sector.
As Executive Director of the Norman F. Holmes Foundation, Greg channels his passion for community advancement into programs that cultivate youth leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and equitable access to opportunity. A devoted church leader and active youth mentor, Greg is deeply invested in helping young people build confidence, character, and pathways to success.
In 2025, Greg co-launched the SPARK² Technology & Innovation Initiative—Prince George’s County’s next generation, emerging hub for technology, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness in Largo, Maryland—bringing together education, industry, and community to prepare residents for the jobs and industries of tomorrow.
